"Ships dont sink because of
the water around them;
ships sink because of the
water that gets in them.
Live, play, enjoy the waters
but don't let what's happening
around you get inside
and weigh you down."
Phillip Morris, The Jimmy Legs, 2017
The Mariner's Club of Wisconsin welcomes you to a storied adjuster association, social service and non-profit organization that fulfills a niche in the social and interactive engagement of professionals within the industry. Our core engagement includes professionals from many areas including: adjusters (both staff and independent) of varying expertise; engineers of many specialties; attorneys and claims counsel; forensic investigators; forensic claims accountants; underwriters; mitigators and contractors. As a member of Mariner's you'll find that within our membership comes a link to a growing network of professionals that may provide you with something that you didn't know you needed.
The Mariners Club of Wisconsin of Wisconsin began in 1964 as the Port of Milwaukee Mariners Club as a group of inland marine adjusters that met three times a year during the winter to "talk shop" and provide each other an outlet for discussing the claims world as they saw it. Meetings and dinners were held at Alioto's and an annual golf outing has taken place since its inception.
The Mariners Club of Wisconsin provides an arena for member interaction and sharing of knowledge and resources that help us learn skills that enhance our state's insurance service operations, claims handling and services delivery.
The Mariners Club of Wisconsin hosts quarterly industry relevant seminars and social activities including the Annual Corn Hole Tournament and the Annual Morningstar Golf Tournament.

The Mariner's Prayer
O God, the great Creator of Heaven and Earth, thou dost whatsoever thou pleasest in the Sea, and in all deep Places;
I, the most unworthiest of all they Servants, am at this time called upon to behold thy Wonders in the Deep, and to perform my Duty in Great Waters.
